Received an “urgent” referral to this office. Called twice to try and schedule an appointment but had to leave a voicemail each time. It’s been a week and a half, and I still have not received a call back. Luckily I was able to get an appointment at a non-Mercy doctor’s office.
Received an “urgent” referral to this office. Called twice to try and schedule an appointment but had to leave a voicemail each time. It’s been a week and a half, and I still have not received a call back. Luckily I was able to get an appointment at another doctor’s office.
I have gotten the biggest run around from this group. No one seems to know how to make appointments or relay information correctly. I am so discouraged with them and am going to check with other non Mercy doctors.
