I fell and broke my arm on the Fourth of July could not get my usual hospital in Springfield to take care of me in a timely manner. I opted to go to the Orthopedic walk-in they saw me immediately listen to me and took care of me. Definitely if five star experience.
Everyone is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had an extended wait and will typically be seen in less than 5 minutes. Always a great experience.
