I went in for an appointment for3pm, and was 15-20 minutes late. That is my fault and I understand. I was told that I had to reschedule the appointment for a later date which would be understandable as well if the lobby was full or simi-full. There was Noone in the lobby waiting to be seen and I was told that "new patients" could not be seen after 3pm.
