Waited a week before surgery to call and postpone it. Terrible service. Work as been taken off, all arrangements made and then this. All the excuses in the world. If they did it to me they'll do it to you too. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Great Drs, nurses, and staff. They deal with so many different Drs and patients that sometimes there is a bit of a wait. The bathrooms are always clean and they have free coffee so that makes up for the wait time!
Lol are we being pranked right now or something? The little girl thatchecked us in threw the post it note with her email address on it at us, directly at us like excuse me? They're unpersonable, borderline rude, and pushy.
Very little care instructions given (2 instructions literally), used Google for most information and was always treated as though i was an inconvenience. Have had pain in foot that was broken every single day since it happened and was told that was perfectly normal. They also never call back when you leave a message.
