I sat in the waiting room on 8/19 at 2:19pm and watch Dr. Webber yell at an elderly woman about scheduling an appointment in front of a waiting room full of people. He yelled at her saying "you must have misunderstood me when I asked you if you scheduled an appointment." She went to say "I heard you..." and before she could finish he yelled at her to sit down (like a dog) and told her he would have someone come out from the back and give her a card. Ive had a lower spinal and cervical fusion. Their surgeons are great. Staff is great. Communication between departments is horrible. Example: i had a shot in my neck that didnt work so we scheduled surgery. 2 weeks later I recieve a call about another appointment for a shot in the neck. Nothing was communicated to their department. This is just one of many examples of their lack of communication. You will have to hound them and be on top of things or you will get lost in the mess.
