Drove an hour to get to the office in sleet, then got told when was there that can't help me with shot in hip. So wasted my time and not good bedside. Will never deal with them again
Dr. Buchman performed surgery on my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. The surgery went great. I never had any pain during the healing process that ice wouldn't take care of. 6 months later, I was back to working construction with zero pain and full range of motion. That shoulder feels better than my other one now. I definitely recommend her for surgery.
Had both knees replacement. Was treated very good.
I first want to say I'm sorry for anyone who had a bad experience no one should feel like that with any doctor. However I've been going to this Mercy clinics for the past decade. I've been at this clinic for a few years and everything has been really good. The doctors has always listen to me. Explain what they are doing. Before doing anything. This is how Dr. Linz treated me. He walked into the room, looked at me, sat down at the computer. He looked at the x-rays. I asked him if my leg was broken. His response to me was, "Are you going to get a second opinion?" I knew at that point my visit was going to be futile. But what happened next, should not have happened. I asked him again if my leg was broken. He again stated to me, "Are you going to get a second opinion?"
