The person that saw me was literally an assistant. I went because both of my knees dislocated and I was worried I had HEDS since my main health care doctor said it was very likely I did. I brought it up and was told that she "wasnt worried about it".. like okay.. I am about to go to college by the way and its kind of important to know if I have it or not. Part of the main reason I went. Was disappointed to see how quickly I was in and out.
They suck
Dr. Jenks did a total knee replacement. His pre-op care and post-op care was fantastic. Dr.Jenks, Major Mike and the Staff were professional and very well educated in their specialty. Cannot express enough the ability and comfort this team supplies their patients.
Dr Jenks front line staff (receptionist) are not in line with the doctor's values to do whatever it takes to relieve patient's pain and suffering I'm still waiting for a response....Communication in that office is poor will not be back..
