I am writing this review with deep disappointment and concern. I went to Mercy Clinic Orthopedic Associates after being referred there by Workers’ Compensation following a serious work-related knee injury. My MRI showed a near-complete PCL tear, bone fractures, and significant swelling around my knee joint. Ease of making appointments a personable and helpful doctor, a friendly and competent staff are just some of the positive attributes. Dr. Brantley is excellent at giving steroid shots and explaining diagnosis. Follow up is efficient and everything is done on a timely basis which is great for old people!
I called to make an appointment and understandably they were booked and busy. They could get us in the next week (which was already great timing) but I asked if they had any sooner appts because my daughter is in sports and we wanted to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong as she continued to use it.
