I had to call this office 4 times trying to get an appointment, and each time the receptionist was rude to me. they deleted my entire chart by the fourth time I called, after they had told me they would call me back several times and never did. I am 4 months pregnant (almost five now) and have yet to see a medical professional due to their obvious lack of care. the fourth time I called, the nurse was rude once again, and this was when I learned they had deleted my entire chart. she then wouldn't let me redo the chart without... read more

I switched to Mercy from Baptist at the end of my second trimester and I would give Mercy and Dr. Wilson a 10 star review if I could. Such a considerate and compassionate doctor, I highly recommend him to anyone on their first child. Very knowledgeable. The receptionists in the clinic are also kind. The only downside here is parking but they do have a shuttle bus for if you park too far to comfortably walk! The service I have received has been beyond amazing.
