I had a positive experience here through my son’s birth with Dr. Goff. After that, I was placed with a PA for all appointments. There has been so much miscommunication, and I keep getting letters that several providers are leaving altogether which to me is a telling sign. I was denied birth control because they said I “ignored all of their calls and messages”. I never received any of these calls. I had a appointment here and waited for a month and we got told to arrive at 12:30 and my appointment was at 12:45 and we pulled into the parking lot at 1:00 which they said on the phone you get 15 minutes in case traffic is bad and they refused to see me so I made a appointment to go somewhere else
They never answer the phone when you have a medical question
knowledgeable staff and good facilities, but scheduling needs some work. Appointments are ALWAYS 30-90 minutes behind schedule.
So far it's fantastic! Kelly K. and the whole staff obviously care about what they do. Took lots of ultrasound pictures I could keep and are very quick and helpful. Love that this hospital has free valet services certain hours of the day.
