Dr.Kimbrell has a nurse named Bristyl that is a huge asset to the company. She made me feel very comfortable and had positive energy every time that was infectious.
I had a positive experience here through my son’s birth with Dr. Goff. After that, I was placed with a PA for all appointments. There has been so much miscommunication, and I keep getting letters that several providers are leaving altogether which to me is a telling sign. I had a appointment here and waited for a month and we got told to arrive at 12:30 and my appointment was at 12:45 and we pulled into the parking lot at 1:00 which they said on the phone you get 15 minutes in case traffic is bad and they refused to see me so I made a appointment to go somewhere else
They never answer the phone when you have a medical question
knowledgeable staff and good facilities, but scheduling needs some work. Appointments are ALWAYS 30-90 minutes behind schedule.
