Dr. Jay Padrazik is truly one of the Best obgyn's I've ever had!! He's highly knowledgeable, attentive, and so down-to-earth. His calm & reassuring demeanor made my emergent delivery SEAMLESS!!! PS, during a recent visit, the receptionist and medical assistant were also delightful.

I don't understand these reviews. I just saw Dr Hannah Vitter for a second opinion about a hysterectomy. The front desk staff were polite, courteous and friendly. I was seen within 15 min of arrival. Dr. Vitter had reviewed everything about me prior to coming in. She was prepared, kind, honest and very frank. I will come back to this office for my follow up care. A very positive experience!
The doctor is terrific, but the front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had an HOUR wait time for my 5 minute appointment. There was one receptionist for 20 patients in the waiting room. She seemed very unorganized and told me she wasn’t even sure the doctor could see me. It ended up being a nonissue and she seemed uninformed. I was put on hold for 10 minutes earlier in the day and gave up on getting an answer. She told me that wasn’t true.
Receptionist lied to me and said they do not accept my insurance after I called prior to confirm they take it. I missed my appointment and wasn’t able to be seen as a high risk patient because the woman lied. I called back to see if they take it to see if there was a mix up. They again confirmed they in fact accept my insurance. How can someone tell you they don’t accept it, if they do? I feel she purposely embarrassed me and turned me away.
