Front desk lady was SO rude on the phone. The blonde one is nice but the other one is so mean and I have been waiting for 3 days for a call back with my test results when I was told within 24 hours. Im thinking of switching to lake regional. Dr Carson is great.
10/10 recommend! Dr. Carson and the whole staff is so kind. Always look forward to my appointments!!

Mercy is amazing! I've been with Mercy since high school and I've always been treated with respect and honesty. I had my second child at Mercy and my obgyn was amazing. I had my first child at a different hospital and had a horrible experience. I definitely recommend Mercy!
If you’re pregnant please go somewhere else! The ob is nice but if u need something they give you the run around. Called about two different things days ago I needed to talk to my ob about and was told they have to leave a note for the nurse and then the nurse tells the ob and then I’ll get a call back. I never did get a call back for either thing one being medical advice the other needing medicine. If you care about you and your child’s well being don’t come here, because they do not care at all and are only there for a pay... read more
