Mercy is amazing! I've been with Mercy since high school and I've always been treated with respect and honesty. I had my second child at Mercy and my obgyn was amazing. I had my first child at a different hospital and had a horrible experience. I definitely recommend Mercy!
If you’re pregnant please go somewhere else! The ob is nice but if u need something they give you the run around. Called about two different things days ago I needed to talk to my ob about and was told they have to leave a note for the nurse and then the nurse tells the ob and then I’ll get a call back. I never did get a call back for either thing one being medical advice the other needing medicine. If you are pregnant do not use them, they are absolutely horrible. When i was pregnant with my daughter they gave me the run around during my whole pregnancy, telling me my daughter had this and that wrong with her when she didn’t. and now i’m 11 weeks pregnant and they keep pushing my appointment out and out and i have not been seen once. The lady at the front desk is rude and DOES NOT care about you at all. They can’t keep OB/GYN to save their lives.
