The lady at the front desk was nice but I was turned away this morning because apparently I was late. I didn’t know I was late because I thought my appointment was at 8:30am but it was at 8 am. I was told I had to reschedule. I’m currently 12 weeks and haven’t even got to hear my baby heart beat yet and it’s really starting to bother me. I made an appointment here, arrived in plenty of time, only to be told they couldn't see me and wouldn't see me, now or in the future. I'm very disappointed because I just moved to the area and this was to be my primary OB moving forward. Now I guess I have to look for something else.
Dr. Cox is truly an amazing doctor! Over the last 4 months, he has been a beacon of patience and knowledge, guiding me through a frustrating and miserable condition. I saw Dr Padratzik in March and got a breast exam but didn't think I needed a pap smear. Later my pcp talked me into getting one so I returned and asked for a pap smear in July. He remembered who I was and mentioned my daughter. He proceeded to give me another breast exam before the pap smear even though I had not requested one. I didn't have time to ask him to stop. Now I've received a bill for a service I didn't need nor want.
I had to reschedule for being 11 minutes late. I was told to go to Mercy hospital on Dunn road I go into the hospital and they send me to the primary care. They tell me it's down the road. Once I finally get to where I need to be I'm running a few minutes late. I tried to explain this to the front desk but it apparently didn't matter.
