Wonderful environment! Always playing educational kids shows in the waiting area, doctors and staff are friendly, only issue I have had so far is rarely seeing my doctor due to her delivering babies almost every appointment I've had. They do try to accommodate with seeing another doctor or a nurse practitioner and are very apologetic for the circumstances. Disgustingly negligent, incredibly dismissive of legitimate urgent concerns... I wouldn't wish this standard of care on my worst enemy. My wife and I agree that we would rather risk loosing our child or bleed out and die than EVER go to Mercy Ardmore again. My wife was told by internal fetal medicine to go directly to labor and delivery for increasing abdominal pain with a complicated pregnancy. This place and the staff have been absolutely wonderful. From helping with my medical issues to supporting me through my first pregnancy, I couldn't ask for better.
To start this off this my drs and nurses have been incredible but the front office staff lady Pamela is horrible so I had my ultrasound and blood work on the 19th right so I called them 11 days after my results had come back because I never received a call from them to go forward in the next step of this process and they say ok we will call you back flash forward to today 14 days since my results have been back and I call them again saying hey why haven't I been called yet so we can move forward with getting me on medication... read more
