This place and the staff have been absolutely wonderful. From helping with my medical issues to supporting me through my first pregnancy, I couldn't ask for better.

To start this off this my drs and nurses have been incredible but the front office staff lady Pamela is horrible so I had my ultrasound and blood work on the 19th right so I called them 11 days after my results had come back because I never received a call from them to go forward in the next step of this process and they say ok we will call you back flash forward to today 14 days since my results have been back and I call them again saying hey why haven't I been called yet so we can move forward with getting me on medication... read more

I had an appointment last week and I've had to contact them three times since then. After waiting a couple of days I had to call the first time to see when they were going to fax my prescriptions. The second time was because they forgot one of my prescriptions. And the third time was because they only faxed one month's worth when it was supposed to be for 12 months. It took me 6 months of waiting to get this appointment for an annual exam, only to get faxed one months worth of birth control. I've been coming to Melton for 17... read more
