My review is for NP KRISTIN WALL specifically; she was great, she actually listened to my problems and helped me find a solution that wasn’t just throwing birth control at me. I’ve seen a ton of dismissive doctors over the years, nobody has listened, but she was the first to listen AND offer solutions!!
I have absolutely loved the care that I have received at Mercy Clinic OBGYN. Dr Simmons is absolutely wonderful. She delivered my baby last year and even when things were worrisome she was a calming presence and reassured me constantly. Through my entire pregnancy she and the other staff took time to listen to my concerns and never dismissed anything. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!
I was referred to Dr. Waterbury by NP Oliver in her office after testing confirmed I needed surgery. Let me start by saying that I had been seeing the same OBGYN for 26 years simply because all the women in my family did too. I'm giving this place a one for the fact that the manager was super heartless. I was told that I had missed three appointments, and when you miss appointments they drop you even though I called to cancel the appointment because my grandfather had just past away they still denied me care.
I had the worst ultrasound experience yet. I was told I needed a vaginal because I was less than 8 weeks. Last child I had could be seen on regular ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days. I truly believe it was because there was a student in the room. They had the student do the ultrasound and she couldn't even find the baby and she was pushing too hard.
