I absolutely love Dr. Simmons and if I were rating her it would be 5 stars! However, Stacy the Office Manager, really failed me as a patient. I had a biopsy performed in the office. After no results for 10 days, I called the office and was told they needed to look into things. The next day I got results but I noticed the biopsy sample date was not accurate. My review is for NP KRISTIN WALL specifically; she was great, she actually listened to my problems and helped me find a solution that wasn’t just throwing birth control at me. I’ve seen a ton of dismissive doctors over the years, nobody has listened, but she was the first to listen AND offer solutions!!
I have absolutely loved the care that I have received at Mercy Clinic OBGYN. Dr Simmons is absolutely wonderful. She delivered my baby last year and even when things were worrisome she was a calming presence and reassured me constantly. Through my entire pregnancy she and the other staff took time to listen to my concerns and never dismissed anything. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!
I was referred to Dr. Waterbury by NP Oliver in her office after testing confirmed I needed surgery.
