Dr. Katz was a caring and concerned physician.
Dr Berry I Katz has the worse patients customer services. I saw Dr Katz back in 11/2018 so far I have been waiting for a MRI for 6 months and they sent wrong insurance information to MRI department and I never was called for my MRI. I came twice from Fayetteville, AR to talk to the norse because they never answer the phone or even return call. Last time that I saw the norse told me that I have to see Dr Katz to re schedule again the MRI. All this is just about money no about patients health. I got mad and told the norse that... read more
