Everyone in this office is professional and courteous. When I had surgery, the nurses in the hospital said very positive things about Dr. Eiccholz. I had a complex surgery and was very nervous. I didn't realize how bad i felt before the surgery until i started feeling so much better afterward. I have been seeing Dr. Eiccholz for over 15 years. He did surgery on my low back when other physicians told me my only option was to be on pain pills for the rest of my life.
The practicing doctor is extremely rude and dismissive I cannot recommend going elsewhere enough. I will be reporting Dr Eichholz to Missouris Board of Health. This goes to the sick and injured: do not accept this type of treatment. You are a person!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Eichholz explained my situation and explained further procedures and care to help my situation.
