I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 months. Their phone ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail and nobody calls me back. I called central booking, and was told that they cannot assist. Probably better off driving to their office than trying to call them.
Dr. Capps was wonderful and very kind and understanding. Her assistant wasn’t terrible but was sort of impatient while I was testing.
They NEVER answer their phone!! We had our Humana Military send a referral months ago and never received a call nor are we ever able to reach anyone by phone. Obviously they do NOT care about people.
