Owe thousands to the hospital for how sick I was. Asked to be tested for epilepsy. Dr. Sharma told me there wad no test. Had a seizure 2 months later. Primary care doctor proceeded to order EEG. Asked me to see neurology again. When I scheduled, I told them the situation and requested to see a different doctor. They said they made a note of that. After waiting a month and a half, they canceled on me the day of because you apparently can’t switch doctors, and no one would answer my call to save the appointment. .

My experience with this office has been tragic. I suffer from chronic migraines and oppciptal neuralgia. Sometimes the only way to get rid of the horrible pain is with nerve blocks. Staff/MD have been rude about if I needed to be added on. If your insurance requires prior authorization for medication good luck having it completed. I had two different medications be denied due to lack of information from the office. Doctor Snyder is amazing. Ive followed him to a couple of different practices over the years. He is truly the best for migraine care! Having chronic health issues you get anxiety about office staff.. if they are going to follow through or listen to your needs. Mercy South neurology staff have been nothing but wonderful. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to meet my current needs. Thank you Doctor Snyder and Staff
