Nephology parking on the 20 th really bad people were parking in the patient drop off and leaving cars there the handicap patients in wheel chairs could not get to their rides and my ride could not go around them. She backed in from West end so I did not have to walk to street in the heat I use a cane! Not real steady on my feet and 94. This is unacceptable, I'm thinking maybe need to change Dr , where parking is not problem!!. Is there some way you can address this drop off point.
