I had a very good experience at this office. The staff are amazing, friendly and caring. Dr. Shi is also very friendly and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains things so well. I was nervous going in for my appointment, but everyone there puts you at ease right away.

Mercy on Ballas is a giant maze if you don't know exactly where you're going. I got lost and called the office for directions. Lilly, the PSR, came all the way to the first floor and got me to the clinic. Gloria did a great job in getting me settled in and roomed. She made me feel comfortable when my anxiety was getting the better of me. Dr Wagner has a resident with him and she was very respectful. Dr Wagner was very respectful and patient. Dr. Wagner is amazing. I have been fighting for years with other doctors about my pain and every one dismissed me saying my pain "shouldn't be that bad." He listened to me and validated my pain. I have surgery scheduled for July now and after years of fighting, I have a solid step forward to help.
