Edit: I have been told front desk staff only know what to ask for, not why. This reinforces my opinion that I should be informed of expected tests before an appointment. I will revise my opinion as the front desk staff were great at scheduling. However, being tested without being informed of the specific test is still a major issue. They have a routine of taking samples and testing before you are taken back to an office, so there is no chance for a medical professional to inform you of the purpose before testing.

Front desk staff member Amanda is awful. She’s rude, unsympathetic, uninformed, and flat out refused to tell my doctor that I wished to speak with him directly rather than dealing with her run-around anymore. I wouldn’t have her work a front desk anywhere, let alone an oncology office.

Dr. Kevin Easley and his staff go above and beyond to be sure you are well taken care of. From the receptionist, to the nurses, NP, chemo nurses, all of you.....they are the best. In addition, I can't say enough about the David Pratt Cancer Center. Every individual I have had contact with during my battle have been stellar. Thank you all for saving my life.

I love this place, the doctors, nurses, office personnel. They all made me feel like I was the only patient they had to help. Awesome! If you are needing this type of help, my hope for you is that you are feeling positive and courageous.
