Bless Mel that answers the phone and bless this office and all the others that still answer their phones and haven't resorted to call centers. For a sick, tired gal that was introduced to them last week on an operating table, having an emergency appendectomy, and have yet to actually step in their office, Mel has been a sigh of relief.
