Absolutely Zero customer care. Do not try to come here for your medical care. They do not answer the phone, and if you leave voicemails they go unanswered. My doctor sent over an order for an urgent endoscopy and it went completely ignored. After trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days, I finally just started dialing any option to get a human on the phone.
