Don't expect to be able to get a hold of them when you actually need to, office staff refuses to answer calls despite being on hold for over 15 minutes. Multiple days of leaving messages with medical assistants and no returned calls. terrible
The office staff, lab techs, and Dr. Steube were all very friendly, considerate, and professional at this location. They each took care to answer my questions, give me their full attention, and ensure a great experience! The nurse/lab technician who did my blood draw deserves a special mention. She was amazing! I have difficult veins, and she was able to get the blood needed quickly and easily - with no bruising.
Went there today and I barely sat in the waiting room before being called back 10 mins early. I felt like they really listened and they asked a lot of questions. 2nd time in a row I’ve had a wonderful experience.
Well if you EVER want to see a PCP make sure to schedule months in advance and then they will call you to reschedule. Haven’t been able to see Rodriguez for 5 years, scheduled 3 months in advance for my appointment they call me and tell me she’s not in the office. This is completely unprofessional and I will be finding a new doctor.
First meeting Dr. Winchester was great! My issue is with communication with front desk and reaching doctor after. Pharmacy said the MANUFACTURER did not make 1.5ml pens anymore for prescription. Only 3ml. Pharmacy said they didn't not receive a 2nd attempt. That is what I was trying to get across to the doctor. Members of the front desk cut you off, they said if I wanted to speak to the doctor to message or make an appointment. Did both and both times they intercepted.
