Our family absolutely loves this office and doctors! We have had wonderful experiences and always feel cared for. They are extremely prompt to respond on the portal.
I love the doctor. But trying to get a hold of someone in the office is horrible or to the dr to answer you use really bad. I have a ask the same questions over and over and dont messages. Then I've called and they say wait time is 15 minutes. I am on till it kicks me off after minutes call again the same. Did two day in a roll. I have waited over 2 hour to fet someone to answers. So frustrating. I hope the will fix what needs to be fixed.
This place is convenient and has their own labs which i like but they really need new doctors that actually want to help their patients. This place is more concerned about getting money than helping people. I have dr. Winchester and sometimes get the nurse practitioner rachel wells and they both aren't helpful. They are more concerned with typing their notes than paying attention. Any questions I have they just Google it. They never follow up or seem interested in getting to the bottom of the problem. Don't expect to be able to get a hold of them when you actually need to, office staff refuses to answer calls despite being on hold for over 15 minutes. Multiple days of leaving messages with medical assistants and no returned calls. terrible
The office staff, lab techs, and Dr. Steube were all very friendly, considerate, and professional at this location. They each took care to answer my questions, give me their full attention, and ensure a great experience! The nurse/lab technician who did my blood draw deserves a special mention. She was amazing! I have difficult veins, and she was able to get the blood needed quickly and easily - with no bruising.
