Horrible office and customer service. Was told prior to visit my insurance would 100% cover the bill. They uploaded my insurance and assured me I was covered. Later sent me a bill for $390 for a visit that took 30 minutes and I didn't even get to see a real doctor. I seen a nurse, never even got a real doctors name. Upon calling them stating I was told my insurance would cover this they basically called me a lair and told me I would have to pay the full bill. i have never felt so disrespected and judged until i started seeing doctors through mercy. you guys really know how to make your patients feel like garbage and then refuse to help them with their problems
I waited weeks for an appointment here that I made over the phone. The person asks what your visit is for and then they find you a doctor. I told them exactly what it was for and then once I waited a month to finally be seen, the doctor they set me up with didn’t even deal with anything I needed help with. I can’t stand Mercy.
