Andrea is a life saver! I was diagnosed originally with T2 and having issues. She ran blood tests and figured out that I am Type 1 and needed insulin! I am feeling MUCH BETTER! Thank you Andrea
I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years and went to see Dr. Dohlman and I have never been treated so kindly and she cared about getting me set up with what I needed to help get my diabetes under control. She spend over and hour with me answering all of my questions and concerns. I was speechless and even a little teary eyed! I definitely would recommend!
After being diagnosed with a pituitary tumor out of state, I attempted to establish care here. The referral process was a joke. I initially attributed that to the fact my referral was coming from out of state. After several attempts, the referral arrived, but no one at Mercy bothered to call me. Update to the update: Again I had to initiate a conversation with the customer relationship team. No one called me back from 2 1/2 weeks ago as they said they would, promptly. The customer care team had no idea what I was talking about. It is clear that the internal processes at Mercy have ample room for improvement. There is still no resolution reached.
