Appt staff is rude and it took 5 phone calls to finally get someone to call me back to make an appt for my husband. I had left a msg on the 5th pc letting them know this was #5. So when the appt nurse called me finally, she was very unprofessional, "So what's your problem Sweetheart?". Told her I've been trying to make an appt for my husband as we've been referred to Dr Nazer. So she said okay, laid the phone down on the desk, not on hold, for 19 minutes so I could hear all the gosip and conversations. Then she came back and... read more
I love this clinic! They are knowledgeable about how to handle my diabetes and they work with me to manage my diabetes!
