I really miss Dr Mahksida but Dr Reddy is great too. She takes her time with you and listens and explains things in laymens terms not Dr speak. She always goes over the results of my lab work
Kristen Ryder is the best
This is the worst office I have ever been to. I am a type 1 diabetic and I was trying to refill my prescription. When Mandy refilled my prescription she was very disrespectful. I would ask a question and she would either ignore me or give me a blatant answer. I will not be a patient here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRS. OFFICE.
After seeing Dr, Mahksida, I was passed on to Kristen Ryder. First I want to say love Dr Mahksida. I really not seen NPs, as was always told stay with Drs. WELL Kristen Ryder is the totally AWESOME! She is compassionate, listens to you and I feel I am in very good care. So far any issues she answers my emails very quick. I am very impressed and hope she stays with Mercy. She is a gem! Thank you for taking care of me.
