I came here to hopefully get started on a weight loss program because some people just need that extra help… I had no idea what to expect but they were so so nice here! I appreciated the medical assistants making me feel comfortable before the NP came in. Kim is so amazing at making you feel human and she really listens to your problems and concerns. I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in this program. Yes, they may be doing great things for people and it work for them! But I am incredibly disappointed with their customer service and common courtesy. I had an appointment scheduled for November 30th that I scheduled back in May!! And I get a call saying they’re cancelling my appointment because the Doctor I am seeing is leaving??? Seriously!!!!??? I know they were aware of this for much longer than when I was informed.
