Mercy? More like give me mercy from this awful department! I went into my NEW PATIENT visit. I asked if I needed to sign anything, they said no. I asked the office if there would be any charge, they said there would not be one. I saw the doctor, he checked me out and told me about a scope. I asked if it was a normal part of the visit. Dr said yes. I got billed as if it was a surgery, instead of a new patient appointment.
