Mercy? More like give me mercy from this awful department! I went into my NEW PATIENT visit. I asked if I needed to sign anything, they said no. I asked the office if there would be any charge, they said there would not be one. I saw the doctor, he checked me out and told me about a scope. I asked if it was a normal part of the visit. Dr said yes. I got billed as if it was a surgery, instead of a new patient appointment. The best ENT doctor in Washington
Everyone from the people working the front desk, to the doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing. Had surgery on my nose to open my airways and felt completely satisfied with the help and support received. I called several times throughout the week long recovery and was always met with a quick response. The “care” factor is hard to find in the healthcare industry but it is good to see that here, it does still exist.
