I had surgery on March 15th and up until that time Mercy was amazing. After I had surgery though it turned out to be a nightmare. I have told them multiple times I’ve been running a fever, it has been very red at my surgery sight and painful, very swollen on my sides, and I have a puss pocket under one of my breasts. When I finally get answers from them which take forever to get is that “oh it’s normal” or “everything looks good”.
