The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and I heard them talking about me rudely when they didn’t know I was sitting in the waiting area. I waited over 2 hours after the receptionist told me 15 minutes. It seemed she was more interested in talking to her friends on the phone than helping anyone. Overall I would recommend choosing another group. This one seems horribly run.
Jaco Perkins, is the best therapist I have ever had. I’m a complex case with years of psych treatments. In the 2 years that I have been seeing him I have learned so much. He’s incredibly intelligent, highly professional and very knowledgeable. The rest of Mercy Psych team is lacking in empathy, compassion, knowledge and training. I know many of us pysch patients are afraid to advocate and just go along with what other doctors request but Jacob will not and has never done that. I've found this location to be very helpful. Nurse Miranda is always on point. She makes you feel comfortable. The front desk is accompanied with golden customer service. Highly Recommend!
I have never felt so comfortable in a Doctors office before. I feel like my concerns are being addressed and I feel like I am heard.
