Was there early this morning for concerns , there was old blood on the pad that you sit on and i wasn't given the call light , i had to get it myself while hooked up to the IV . Also they keep the rooms freezing

Eastside ob doesn’t want to answer their phones no matter how many times i call, don’t get calls back either. The lady in L&D answering the phones very rude “Lindsey” was her name I believe- when i was asking for help and direction and then proceeded to hang up in my face. Always had issues with my last pregnancy thru mercy, didn’t wanna come back but with baptist closing left me no choice.

The staff was Rude to my son and his GF during the birth of my granddaughter. However, Cassie her nurse was wonderful as well as the anesthesiologist. Dr Householder was rude and condescending towards them both when they were asking questions about having the Caesarean. First baby so they had concerns and questions. Dr and staff was also very rude to her during her pregnancy. I personally encountered rudeness upon arrival to L&D by the receptionist. Just hateful people working there.
