I’m giving two stars because not everyone here is bad. However, there is one employee in particular — Ashley, a physical therapist — whose behavior toward my father has been completely disrespectful and offensive. As an African American family, this is now the second time we have witnessed her speaking about him in a derogatory and hostile manner directly in front of us. I highly recommend this place. I went four years ago when diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and did aquatic therapy with Mercedes and I was able to function so much better weekly. My inflammation went down and I learned a lot of useful exercises to maintain. I returned last year for Vestibular therapy due to imbalance and chronic migraines.
