The staff that actually go out and help clients are absolutely wonderful. The administration level, however, are nothing but inhuman robots that are driven by profits. They won't even pay for damage to your property that THEY CAUSED! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They also treat their staff like slaves. Trust me; I know people who work there, and I am also still waiting for my $200 ice making machine to be replaced, which they broke nearly 3 years ago now. Absolute filth.
