Quiero recomendar este Body shop porque realmente han hecho un trabajo excelente con mi carro. Desde el primer momento fueron muy profesionales, Atentos y claros con todo el proceso. Los arreglos quedaron impecables, como si el carro nunca hubiera tenido ningún daño. Además el tiempo de entrega fue justo como me lo prometieron; algo que valoro mucho. Definitivamente quedé muy complacida con el servicio, la calidad del trabajo y la atención al cliente. Sin duda volvería y los recomiendo al 100%.
On January 11, 2026, I was driving down a residential neighborhood when a guy abruptly pulled out of a parallel parking spot on the side of the road as I was passing and hit me. MERCY PAINT & BODY SHOP & HELEN AUTO SALES: I bought a 2022 Kia Soul from them - had an appointment with Ana to view two vehicles - so they knew in advance! I arrived about 15 minutes prior to the meeting time - she was not there and arrived almost an hour later with the one vehicle - Kia. It was raining - had been raining for days.
