I'm a mental health crisis 1st responder. I was assaulted in their ER for asking for help after being assaulted. I will be suing. Report bad care to DHHS, they have an IG who polices them... report to your insurance company ( I did), and law enforcement if it rises to the level of life-endangering. I was forced into this facility and the psychiatrist had later said I should of never been put into it in the first place. I experienced something I didn't need to if I was evaluated correctly. When I arrived the staff did not care about how I was feeling, I asked to speak with one of the nurses crying because of how I felt and was told essentially “thats just how it is”. The doctors took my concerns seriously, explained things clearly, and involved me in decisions about my treatment instead of talking over me.I also want to recognize the... read more

THE WORST place you could ever go the nurses do not give a damn about anyone there the security guard was constantly coming up to my window and mocking me I could hear them all sitting there making fun of me they destroyed my property and wouldn’t give me my phone to call my lawyer… what an awful place I wish I could leave zero stars they will be hearing from my attorney
