THE WORST place you could ever go the nurses do not give a damn about anyone there the security guard was constantly coming up to my window and mocking me I could hear them all sitting there making fun of me they destroyed my property and wouldn’t give me my phone to call my lawyer… what an awful place I wish I could leave zero stars they will be hearing from my attorney

I have quite a bit of experience in behavioral health - both as an employee and as a patient. Despite the cons listed below, this is a 4+ star facility for the treatment they provide, compared to my experience with other programs. I'm giving it 5 stars here because the review doesn't allow half stars, so I'm rounding up. I reported to the emergency room 11/01/2025 for lower back and tailbone pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and sciatica pain. I was met with a questionnaire regarding mental health. I’m currently going through and eviction and many other financial stressors, so of course I’m stressed and answered the questions honestly. I also let the staff know that I’m already being treated by another Mercy doctor regarding my mental health and that I’m also looking forward to my therapy sessions that begin on Wednesday. It's just a horrible place they say oh talk to the people that sent you here in the first place when we really don't wanna be around you at all give you horrible medication rude staff people acting like 2 year old girls in there I'd fire all of them
