I have been taking my parents here for numerous tests, outpatient surgeries and they have received great care.
Very detailed and thorough exam, very kind bedside manner. Dr Marian listens to all your concerns and makes you really feel heard. She takes her time with you and gives you as much as attention as needed. I also love the Mercy health app -- makes it easy to refill prescriptions, ask non-emergent questions and much more.
If you are suffering from serious ear pain and decide to go see an ENT, please do not consider Dr. Goodman at Mercy Medical Center in Barrington. The administrators working in that office don't have a clue about anything, give you incorrect information, and basically could care less about your suffering. And this goes for the doctor they represent. They make mistakes and don't have the decency to admit it, and add insult to injury by rude and unapologetic given their incompetence.
