Horrible, horrible, horrible. The only positive is that they managed to squeeze my dog in as an “emergency nail trim.” Everything after that was unacceptable. When we arrived, my dog was clearly anxious and refused to go on the scale. Instead of handling this with care, we were met with judgment, side-eyes, and attitude. They asked if they could muzzle him—which I agreed to, even though he is a very gentle dog—if it made staff feel safer that was fine... We recently had dental surgery done for my cat, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Dr Muhammad Waqas was absolutely amazing, so caring, gentle, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. All of the staff were incredibly supportive, kind, and professional. Mercy Animal Hospital is truly dedicated to saving pets lives and have such compassionate care when it comes to dealing with them, as well as clients. My cat needed a surgery that would have cost thousands at an emergency clinic, but they were able to do it for half the price. I am so grateful Mercy Animal Hospital. All of the staff - doctors and receptionists included are so kind and sweet and know how to handle difficult situations. I will always recommend this hospital to everyone I know!
I can't thank Dr. Muhammad Waqas and the entire team enough for saving my dog's life. My dog "Bella" was diagnosed with pyometra, a serious and potentially life-threatening condition, and they handled everything with such expertise and compassion. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I really appreciated how clearly the costs for the dental procedure were explained, and I was given enough time to make a decision without any pressure.
