Had my cat spayed here and I just want to thank all that staff & doctor for being very kind & thorough. Amber in the front desk really facilitated the whole process as well, she explained the procedure perfectly & answered all of my questions which left my mind at easy (I was very nervous) My baby is doing great now!! Thank you Mercy Clinic!
They are amazing!! My baby boy has been well taken care of here! The front desk lady is very knowledgeable and kind and amazing at her job! I will continue taking my baby here and recommend anybody else to do the same!
We love this clinic. We’ve been bringing our dogs, Brownie and Smore, here since the summer, and every visit has reinforced how grateful we are to have found a place that treats our pets like family. I came to this clinic specifically because of all the raving reviews but didn’t have a 5-star experience. I took my sweet boy here a couple weeks back for his anxiety. It was his first visit and as I present to the front desk, the receptionist bluntly greeted me with “why is he wearing a cone?” Not a “good morning” or “welcome in.” I informed her it was because he was recently neutered, which I informed the team days prior via text message as I was making my boy an appointment (see attached image). Mercy is wonderful with my rescue pooch! A rescue dog 5 years ago that was scared and aggressive is now a sweet dog. Had a difficult time getting a vet to see her because of her attitude, but Mercy worked with us. Thank you Mercy! Cheers to Dr. Hamlin and staff
