I switched all of my dogs over to this vet office. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are a lot more affordable than the ones in Rowlett, and the staff handles every animal with proper care. I have extremely high energy and high drive dogs, and they handled them with no problems. They go above and beyond every time I visit.
We couldn’t be happier with the care our two German Shorthaired Pointers receive from Dr. Rick Hamlin and the team at Mercy Animal Clinic. They’ve always been so understanding and responsive, no matter the situation. Amber is amazing — she’s the perfect person to greet you, especially if you’re walking in full crisis mode with a pet emergency. I love this place, the staff is friendly and inviting. Nicole and Dr. Hamlin and the entire staff are amazing. Their love for animals is what I look for in a great vet, and they definitely love animals. I highly recommend anyone who has an animal to use this vet. I have found my new vet. I will take my animals there from now on.
I started taking my dogs to see dr. Hamlin years ago, they were already over the age of 10. I moved to Austin 3 years ago but would still travel back to Mercy for their major visits. My little one got kidney failure and cancer and I immediately drove her back to mercy for their care. They did everything they could, with love and kindness.
