I switched all of my dogs over to this vet office. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are a lot more affordable than the ones in Rowlett, and the staff handles every animal with proper care. I have extremely high energy and high drive dogs, and they handled them with no problems. They go above and beyond every time I visit.
My black cat, Panther, (half lion), developed another urinary emergency that lead to a complicated surgery. Mercy Animal Clinic operated and nursed him, and me, frankly, through the ordeal of setbacks in his recovery. After weeks of challenge, he's home today with stitches out, and the cone removed that he tore off repeatedly and, although still with a wobble from the anaesthetic, he is definitely a happier cat today. I started taking my dogs to see dr. Hamlin years ago, they were already over the age of 10. I moved to Austin 3 years ago but would still travel back to Mercy for their major visits. My little one got kidney failure and cancer and I immediately drove her back to mercy for their care. They did everything they could, with love and kindness. I arrived with a dog that was definitely not feeling well. He was given a thorough exam and then was treated for what they found. Everyone was super nice to deal with, from the front desk, tech and vet. They are also not pushing you to do lots of extra stuff, which I appreciate, because I always feel like I can’t get out of a place fast enough when the things mentioned to do just keep piling up. I also like the fact that they will be calling me tomorrow with some more information regarding my pup

Nicole went above and beyond to make sure Phoebe felt calm and comfortable, and it meant so much to see her treated with such compassion.
