Reckless driving. Causes massive accidents. One ran me off the road with no lights or sirens on. Abuse their power on the road.
Follow instructions on where to take patients. Doesn't seem to be happening, at least it didn't with my 97 year old mother a few days ago. The assisted living facility instructed Mercy to take her to Sparrow Hospital. They took her to McLaren instead. Sparrow was waiting for her and of course she never arrived. Three employees at assisted living facility instructed them to go to Sparrow. The drivers were even sent with a note to do so.
