We just had a ductless mini split system installed in our home and are beyond happy! From getting a quote with Cully to having the work completed by Jake and Chris, the quality of customer service and work exceeded our expectations. Everything was installed so nicely. Great response from the scheduling team, friendly, competent service from Nick removing and installing a hot water tank. The heat pump Mercury installed previously is also working great and the installation is flawless.
We just had a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed by Mercury. Trevor and Steve did a fantastic job. Their workmanship and knowledge are top notch! The installation of the Air Handler required reconfiguration of the existing ductwork. They did an amazing job of mounting the unit, and connecting it up, so that it did not intrude on the space. The refrigerant lines from the Heat Pump to Air Handler were run without damaging any drywall. Trevor and Steve were very personable, helpful, and respectful of my home.
