What amazing service!!! I called up at around 8pm last night and Chris spent half an hour on the phone with me going through step by step instructions on how to help me with a problem relating to my tap beer. He was happy to help me and as someone that doesn't know much about repairing any problems with my tap beer, he not only saved me any call out fees and extra expenses but gave me future advice and now my issue has been resolved ready for service today.
