My experience with Mercury Heat Pumps was outstanding! First was the presentation and quote given was very competitive. The install was very professional and completed in a timely matter considering it was the beginning of summer.. This summer was /is the hottest recorded and without rain or any relief from the heat. We were , in previous years dependant on portable air conditioners to cope with summer. The noise and little relief had us wanting a better option. Cully seems cool but better hope they don’t send nick out to do your job, he will do a poor job and leave a mess
We just had a ductless mini split system installed in our home and are beyond happy! From getting a quote with Cully to having the work completed by Jake and Chris, the quality of customer service and work exceeded our expectations. Everything was installed so nicely. It's so nice to now have heat and air conditioning at the push of a button! No more relying on a wood insert in the winter and the annoying loud portable a/c units in the summer. Great response from the scheduling team, friendly, competent service from Nick removing and installing a hot water tank. The heat pump Mercury installed previously is also working great and the installation is flawless.
We just had a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed by Mercury. Trevor and Steve did a fantastic job. Their workmanship and knowledge are top notch! The installation of the Air Handler required reconfiguration of the existing ductwork. They did an amazing job of mounting the unit, and connecting it up, so that it did not intrude on the space. The refrigerant lines from the Heat Pump to Air Handler were run without damaging any drywall. Trevor and Steve were very personable, helpful, and respectful of my home.
