Great place to work, good management, very accommodating. I work in extrusion and I absolutely love it.
Inhuman mandatory overtime, low moral, High turn over rate, no sick days. The molding department is caught up yet they are still enforced a mandatory overtime. The employees are treated very poor. They offer 500$ to any employe who can get anyone to last 90 days.
