We've lived here since december 2024 and have regretted every minute of it. Thousands of roaches, appliances do not work, maintenence and cleaning lady enters your apartment without notice. Its a complete nightmare. We contacted the city and they sent them 2 notices. We were promised to move to another apartment but there's no hot water. We were told to wait until it was ready and its been over 3 weeks. We were told terminating the lease for free was an option and that's what we fully plan to do. Living here has been incredibly frustrating, especially with the constant hot water issues. It's unbelievable that we went six days without it recently, and before that, we endured over three months without hot water from November 2024 to March 2025 – and this isn't the first winter this has happened. It feels wrong that the rent keeps increasing despite these ongoing problems. One of the worst areas to live in the rent is high there hasn’t been hot water for 6 months it keeps going on and off and even the employees keep lying that there fixing it when I asked to see where the workers were working to fix the water they said they don’t know like wdym don’t you know
The city has cited this place so hopefully they fix the problems. They offered us another unit come to find out this one has no hot water. This is literally insane!
We have found a total of 2,500 roaches since we've moved in. I'm scared to use dishes and wear my clothes . My kids are telling their school about the roaches and it's became a problem with threats of telling the state. We've tried everything from bug bombing,intense sprays even getting a storage unit . Nothings working . The back door was broken and my husband had to fix it. We cleaned it because a bunch of cock roaches body parts were all over it. Our dish washer is broken and flooded and now the apartment smells horrible.... read more
