If I could give zero stars, I would. Anything over one star is honestly misleading. Moving here was a quick decision, and unfortunately it’s been a huge mistake. While the front office staff are personable, the management and maintenance side of things is extremely disappointing. My refrigerator broke and I reported it immediately, even going into the office in person. It took three days for it to be replaced, and by then all of my food had spoiled and had to be thrown away. I ended up paying a lawyer ~$200/hr to gain clarity on my particular situation. A non-functioning, dangerous, sliding glass door for over 6 months, until eventually the glass (because it was not on the rails) broke in the storms. My unit was completely open to the outside on one wall with no protection at all (even that leaning piece of glass for six months felt like something?).
