We are thrilled with our tile. Mercury Mosaics has been incredible from the design stages (the majority of our order was custom color palettes) to delivery (holding our order until our project began). I’m truly glad we splurged on this part of our project and will be using them again when we tackle the next project on our list.
We used Mercury Mosaics Old Copper 3x6 in our kitchen. Mercury Mosaics staff was SO helpful in answering questions, prepping and putting in our order, and even answering questions same day that popped up during installation (shoutout to Randi and Kathleen!). We love the tile, its my favorite part of the kitchen. The subtle copper that comes through the green is hard to capture in a photo, but makes me happy every day. Thank you all so much!
Customer service is in person and amazing. Samples came fast and my order of large triangles came undamaged. They are so beautiful, I can't wait to see them installed in my house re-build. They were expensive, but worth it because they are the focal point of my new great room. I'll send pictures.
We bought large fish scales in a variety of monochromatic colors from the tile sale for our kitchen backsplash, and honestly we could not be happier. The salesperson we worked with was very helpful to get the right amount of tile in just the right colors; and they welcomed me back when I needed to replace a color I changed my mind about.
