I don’t personally have mercury but I did receive a phone call from them today which woke me out of my sleep when I picked up they were very disrespectful and rude to me wanting to talk to someone who’s number I don’t have and don’t know I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from them due to their childish behavior within their offices.
So expensive
In August 2023 , I decided to go with Mercury insurance for my cars. I started paying $376 and within a year. They had me paying $531. They gotta be damn crazy. They like to nickel and dime customers, so I don’t recommend this company. they should be reported to the BBB. terrible company I will not recommend this company not even to my dead dog. terrible terrible company.
Not any better than the other auto insurance companies, they will outright deny coverage listed in their own signed policy.
I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me they're busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away
