I've been with Mercury since I purchased my home several years ago. I bundled my auto with them. Just know thst if you hit an object on a busy freeway, at night in low light conditions that fell off someone's vehicle, that was unavoidable, they WILL find you you at fault. They will not allow you to speak to the deciding adjuster(s). They will tell you to send an email or written letter. They will not call you despite requests. April 5 between 9-10:20pm Their security guards are rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful; they need to be considerate and sympathetic to those who are lost and not abrasively bark at lost people to go to the streets and ask their rides to jeopardize safety and violate parking policies on streets.
