April 5 between 9-10:20pm Their security guards are rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful; they need to be considerate and sympathetic to those who are lost and not abrasively bark at lost people to go to the streets and ask their rides to jeopardize safety and violate parking policies on streets. I have been using Mercury for my home insurance and auto insurance over 13 years. Everything was okay, but Mercury rejected me to add a Lambo to my auto policy without any written reason. This is not the first time for me to add the exotic car to my policy, I had Ferrari and 911 GT3RS under the same policy before. I even asked them to quote me liability ONLY for my Lambo since it’s not under financing, but they still rejected. Fine, i am going to take my business to somewhere else.

Ralph Gomez who is the Material Damage Supervisor was very rude and combative over the phone and hung up in my face after I made a complaint about my claim. Unbelievable!!
